is compiled from developer sales kits, official Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) caveats, and government open data (SLA OneMap, MOE) for general informational, educational, and preliminary discovery purposes only.

Developer Terms Prevail: Real estate developers reserve the right to alter pricing, floor plans, specifications, launch dates, and discounts at any time without prior notice. The Option to Purchase (OTP) and Sale & Purchase (S&P) Agreement executed with the respective developer constitute the sole binding legal contracts.

For new launch private residential projects and Executive Condominiums, advisory services provided to prospective buyers are free of commission charges to the buyer, with remuneration paid by the respective project developers.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary software code, database architecture, algorithms, UI design, branding, and original editorial analyses on CondoWatch.sg are the intellectual property of CondoWatch.sg and are protected under Singapore copyright and intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Assets: Architectural renderings, artist impressions, developer logos, site plans, and project naming rights are the intellectual property and copyright of their respective real estate developers and marketing agencies. They are displayed on this portal solely for editorial identification and informative reference under fair use principles.

6. Limitation of Liability
